Freight Shipping Overview
Kintor Equipment specializes in heavy-duty shop and industrial equipment. Due to the size and weight of our products, most orders are shipped via freight carrier rather than standard parcel services.
To ensure accurate delivery costs and a smooth delivery process, all large equipment orders are handled on a quote-based shipping system.

Submit a quote request through our website or by email. This allows us to calculate accurate freight costs based on your location and delivery requirements. -
Freight Calculation & Confirmation
We coordinate freight shipping and provide an all-in delivered quote whenever possible. Shipping costs vary based on destination, carrier availability, and delivery conditions. -
Order Processing
Once the quote is approved, your order is prepared, securely crated, and scheduled for freight pickup. -
Delivery
Orders are typically delivered via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight to the address provided. A delivery appointment may be required.
Crating & Handling
All presses and large equipment are professionally crated to protect against damage during transit. Due to the nature of freight shipping, minor cosmetic imperfections to packaging may occur and do not affect the function of the equipment.
Delivery & Unload Requirements
Freight deliveries are typically made via LTL (less-than-truckload) carrier. Lift gate service and assisted unloading can be arranged when needed and should be requested during the quote process.
Depending on the delivery location and equipment ordered, delivery may include:
- Lift gate service
- Pallet jack or assisted unloading
- Scheduled delivery appointments
Please note that delivery requirements and services can affect freight costs. Providing accurate delivery details upfront allows us to coordinate the most efficient and appropriate freight option for your location.
Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on the product and shipping destination. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the quote process and confirmed prior to shipment.
Shipping Damage
